1986 LOMOND CASTLE
The 3 pics below with me in the dodgy silver paisley pattern shirt, were taken at my Mum's friend Yvonne Grubber's wedding
at Lomond Castle Hotel.
Reckon i was roughly 15.
My mum reminded me that we had trouble getting transport to the wedding, and so apparantly i liberated the use of a school
minibus to get everyone over to Lomond Castle from Helensburgh. By liberated, i don't mean i stole the minibus, though
i bet that thought entered most of your heads!
I managed to talk the Assistant Head teacher from my school "Hermitage Academy" into borrowing the school bus under false
pretences!
Needless to say, we all got pished and had a great night, appart from Eric McKenzie (assistant head teacher), who sat
and drank coke all night!

Update on pic below....My brother told me her name is Cathy McVey. She definately worked for my mum and is now married
to a policeman in the Portsmouth area, which is kind of ironic, coz the Portsmouth area is where my Mum now lives and
it's about as far away from Scotland as you can go in England!
In the background are two of mums old friends and employees, John Laing & Alan McShane, both a couple o loonies!
Not really sure how old I am in this either. But check it out, YES I was once quite slim!!!!
And what about those tartan boxer shorts! Jeez, I had bad taste back then!!
GARELOCHHEAD PRIMARY CLASS P4 1978
My primary 4 class from my home village Garelochhead. Think it was 1978, but could be out by a year either way. If it's
'78, then i would've just turned 7 years old. But i was the youngest in the class, so i could still be 6.
Anyway.....can you pick me out from this pick?
